Jeffrey P. Gray send e-mail

Mr. Gray earned his B.S. in Political Science from Western Carolina University in 1981 and J.D. from Campbell University School of Law in 1985. While at Campbell, Mr. Gray participated in the Benton National Moot Court Competition and received the I. Beverly Lake Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law.
Mr. Gray serves as legal counsel to the N.C. Auctioneer Licensing Board (1994-present). He has served as Special Assistant to the former North Carolina Attorney General, now U.S. District Judge Lacy H. Thornburg (1985-1991). Mr. Gray worked as an Assistant Attorney General (1992-1998) and served as attorney for the North Carolina Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (1996-1998). He has taught as an instructor for Wake Technical Community College, Raleigh, NC (1996-1998).
Mr. Gray is the author of published articles in the Campbell Law Observer; the Campbell Law Review; the North Carolina State Bar Journal; the Supreme Court Historical Society’s Juridicus; the North Carolina Bar Association YLD Newsletter, Popular Government; various law enforcement and trade journals; and numerous publications for distribution by the Department of Justice to local and state government agencies.
Mr. Gray is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, the federal district courts in the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Gray is married and has two daughters.
